Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon order processing. Product Information
Most QCreationsInc.com products displayed at the Site are available while supplies last. The prices displayed at the Site are quoted in U.S. Dollars and are valid and effective only in the United States. Prices are subject to change without any notice from QCreationsInc.com

Colors
QCreationsInc.com is not liable for color matching or ink density on screen proofs approved by your customers. Screen proofs only predict design layout, text accuracy, image proportion and placement, but not color or density. Electronic proofs do not show color change from RGB to CMYK, therefore they cannot be used as color proofs. Any files submitted in RGB automatically will have a color issue with the final product, therefore do not qualify for a claim. Application of UV Coating may effect or change the appearance of the printed colors.

Indemnify
You agree to defend, indemnify and hold QCreationsInc.com harmless from and against any and all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys' fees, arising from or related to your use of the Site.

Miscellaneous
Unless otherwise specified and except to the extent QCreationsInc.com products are offered for sale in the United States through this Site, this Site and the Contents thereof are displayed solely for the purpose of promoting QCreationsInc.com's products and services available in the United States and select foreign markets. This Site is controlled and operated by QCreationsInc.com from its offices in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

This Agreement shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising under this Agreement shall be resolved exclusively by the state and federal courts of the State of Florida, County of Broward.

Termination
This Agreement is effective unless and until terminated by either you or QCreationsInc.com. You may terminate this Agreement at any time. QCreationsInc.com also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to the Site, if in QCreationsInc.com's sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement. Upon any termination of this Agreement by either you or QCreationsInc.com, you must promptly destroy all materials downloaded or otherwise obtained from this Site, as well as all copies of such materials, whether made under the terms of this Agreement or otherwise.

Taxes
www.QCreationsInc.comt shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable sales tax for orders to be delivered to addresses within FL. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.

Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, www.QCreationsInc.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. www.QCreationsInc.com shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, www.QCreationsInc.com shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price

Graphic Design Conditions
When using www.QCreationsInc.com graphic design services, you agree to pay designer in accordance with the terms specified in each invoice/estimate. Once estimate/invoice is approved work can begin.

All jobs require a 50% deposit before worked on, balance will be invoiced upon completion of the work. All design includes two revisions. Any revisions after the second will be billed $55/hr in 15 minute increments. If you are not completely satisfied with the proofs our designers provide then we will reimburse the design fee amount minus a service fee of $45 for time rendered. If additional charges have been incurred, you will be emailed in advance of your final invoice. Unless otherwise specified, all subsequent balances due are payable upon art approval. We reserve the right to refuse completion or delivery of work until past due balances are paid.

Turnaround
Typically, the process for designs takes about 1-2 business days, but designs can take a lead time of up to 5 business days. A questionnaire will be emailed to you to fill out and return to Q Creations Inc,which will be helped identify your design needs. One week timeframe will be extended if it is difficult to contact you, and will be based upon receipt of your completed questionnaire.

COPY & DESIGN ERRORS
By the time your job gets in our hands and we are ready to go to print, all edits should be finalized, the copy carefully proofread and all design issues should be settled. We will not take responsibility for any copy or design errors committed on your part. We are also not responsible for any wrong dates or misspelled words in files submitted by customer or jobs approved by customer upon design completion. Under no circumstances will a refund or reprint be honored for an error in the file submitted or the design that was approved.

RIGHTS OF OWNERSHIP
Once a project has been delivered by us and is fully paid for by you, Q Creations will assign the reproduction rights of the design for the use(s) described in the proposal.

Other Conditions
These Conditions will supersede any terms and/or conditions you include with any purchase order, regardless of whether www.QCreationsInc.com. signs them or not. www.QCreationsInc.com. reserves the right to make changes to this site and these Conditions at any time. All Printed material is subject to a 10% over under run. These means, any product ordered from our web site or via electronic mail is allowed to be 10% under the original quantity. Q Creations Inc is not responsible for any miss-cut or miss-folded orders, which do not follow our templates

Our office hours are 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST Mon-Fri.

Local Delivery
We deliver to a 50 mile radius from our Miami location. A $5 processing fee will apply to delivery orders placed through QCreationsInc.com. The delivery charge is a processing fee not a fuel charge. Therefore any delivery cancellation will not be credited. Q Creations will not deliver to a private community,residential address or your client. In order for your job to be delivered it has to be done the day prior to the delivery date. Q Creations does not guarantee any delivery date or time. Please call for more information on our schedules.

ORDER CANCELLATION
Orders may not be cancelled or refunded once they have gone into production or any process thereafter. Absolutely no refunds will be issued once an order has been Plated or any process thereafter, including but not limited to Printing, Coating, and / or Finishing. QCreationsInc.com is not responsible for any duplicated orders that are placed on our web site due to the customer mistake. To cancel an order you must first call to see if it is possible then follow up with a email. Failing to follow up with an email or just email and not calling before will not ensure cancellation of an order.
